Momentum made me upset

I joined Momentum January this year, I have been paying close to 3K a month, just for myself, I have never missed any payments, I even included the gap cover, when I was joining I asked when is the medical aid gonna start covering me and I was told as soon as my first payment goes through, Friday I got sick for the first time and I needed hospital admission, momentum refused to authorise, I ended up paying 2K cash n eventually I left the hospital to go to a public hospital since they later sent me an email stating that my authoritisation is on hold, and they don’t guarantee to pay my hospital bills. If u using momentum, live now, I heard so many rumours but I don’t want to live because I have savings of 2K n I didn’t wanna loose them, most drs n dentist don’t take momentum because it’s known to be problematic
