If you want to change your Medical Aid option to a lower premium and you get a quotation, throw it away. Because Momentum will push any information you send aside and charge you more for "a lower" medical aid.

Example: Was on Medical Aid Plan #1. Could not afford it, so requested a change to a lower premium. Got a quotation for Medical Aid Plan #2 which was half the price = happy customer. However, Momentum decide to charge me 40% more then Medical Aid Plan #1! Seriously?!?!

And they don't bother contacting you to tell you that is has increased instead of decreasing, or even bother calling you when you log requests or listen to any explanation on your change.
