Momentum loopholes to avoid their payment

Went to Wilgers hospital in December 2022. The hospital didn't phone Momentum for pre-authorization, and only did it a couple of days later. This caused momentum to not pay 100% of the bill, which they were suppose to, according to their policy.

Therefore, if you are using this medical aid, insist that the hospital calls for pre-authorization while you witness them doing it, otherwise the medical aid is just not going to give a **** about the cost that you incur due to their loop-hole in the system to avoid payments.
