Momentum Looking for excuses not to pay for treatments
<p>Momentum Health has just sent me the most bizarre email, claiming that I had a Medical Detox when in fact I drank herbal teas and used herbal rubs as a form of detox in Asia 2016, now they claim I abused alcohol at the timeandrefused to pay for a treatment which MAY HAVE BEEN alcohol related, but ended up being an simple ulcer. I am utterly disgusted.</p>
As per your discussion with our consultant, the clinical history forms have been sent and are to be completed by your doctor.
On receipt of the above, the case will be reviewed and a final decision will be made.
