MOMENTUM LACK OF RESPONSE

My daughter was admitted to hospital on the 14th September 2015 with suspected Appendicitis problems. The doctors did an emergency Laproscopic procedure to assess what was the problem, and it ended up that she had Enometriosis instead of Appendicitis, which was rectified. As we had not been a memeber for 1yr they did a full medical assessment on her for authorisation of the treatment. This was received by the medical aid by Monday the 20th September 2015. Since then I have been unable to obtain any authorisation from the medical aid or speak to anybody about this as the telephone number *** just rings.<br> <br> Unacceptable as I am now being charged for all the bills, please can someone assist me!!!!!
