Momentum just want your Money!!!

<p>Good day All</p> <p>Momentum Health just want your money but doesn’t assist you in any queries you have regarding you medical scheme or payments.</p> <p>You send them emails or submit documentation to them and all what you get is the Auto-reply what they send and that is where it stop.</p> <p>If this continues, I will cancelled my Medical at Momentum Health and go over to another Medical. There is no Customer Service at all, and just hiding behind an Auto Reply. Why must we pay the salary of Momentum Health staff if they don’t even bother to do their work?</p> <p>I think I made a huge mistakes to refer one of my colleges to Momentum Health.</p> <p> </p>
