Momentum is worse than the Eskom

After nearly a week of calling these people, I have managed to do all the work for myself. I have had to call the Dr, ask him for the operation code so this so called medical plan can give me authorization for my operation. It literally took me 5 min talking to the Dr to work this out! I wonder what these people are being paid for, I wonder what I'm paying for? Are these people even qualified? To me they seem like a bunch of people who have no training or people who just don't care about their jobs enough and you know what I know nothing will be done to these individuals and my trauma with this bunch will go unnoticed! Not so long ago momentum was in hot water over not wanting to pay out a life cover for a grieving wife I took it lightly but I see now this is their style. They love collecting on debit day and are quick to send you your bill but when it's time for them to stand with you they are nowhere to be seen.

I don't think I'd have this much drama with another medical aid, it's time I called it quits and go try my luck elsewhere anything is better off than these people to be honest.
