Momentum is useless

Good afternoon. My name is Frikkie van den Heever I went for a eye test on Saturday so they phoned me this morning to tell me that my medical aid is suspended. I phoned Momentum to get answers. I had to pay R510 into my medical account that was 21-06-2024.When they answered my call I had to give my medical aid number my ID number My street address my telephone number and the postal code which I could not remember. Then he wanted to know the Doctor's name who I last saw which I could not remember. That was also a year ago. He then said I gave him incorrect information fot not provide the postal code and doctor's name. I PAY R3060 for my medical aid and this is the help I get.
