Momentum is trash

I have been on this medical aid since 2021 and have never used my dental benefits so I went in and had to have a few teeth removed the dentist asked for them to cover everything and we came to an agreement so the invoice was valid for 90 days and the quote was valid from the 16th of October 2025 so 90 days from then is 14 JANUARY!! so I went in and now we have to go through the whole process again and then I did my glasses in 2023 went back in for a new frame and now I am not covered until August 2026! You pay so much for literally nothing at all i am really disappointed and the agents are so sarcastic if you phone them
