Momentum is trash!

Momentum does not care about people’s lives!!! This has been evident time and time again, firstly they failed to capture my details correctly then stuff up the whole claims process. I have doctors calling me up and down because MOMENTUM can’t just pay me out for their own faults... furthermore they are *****!!!! I have escalated this matter and I was told the payment would be made as the fault was on their side. It’s 4 weeks later and I am still waiting. Instead of rectifying their incompetence they canceled my policy!!! My child was without medical aid with no knowledge to me!!! They don’t even send a letter! Momentum is a trash company, you can’t trust them with your life. I will continue to call them because they never call back!!! **** of a company?!! They are impacting the business of the service providers they use with their incompetence! This is dangerous to an individual!!
