Momentum is Terrible

Worst Medical Aid!

I have been trying to contact momentum for so long, I have sent numerous emails and have still not received any reply. My monthly payments for my medical aid have increased by R2000 without any notice or reasoning.

This is literally the worst costumer service I have ever received. Being a paying costumer I don't feel valued at all. Don't waste your time trying out momentum honesty!
