Momentum is selling out

I had a momentum product through my employer, I resigned and requested to have it in my private capacity, momentum sent me to bloom financial services who were exteremly quick on service in selling me a product, however now that my documents arrive the information is not the same as what was sold to me, I have been on hold wither useless call centre for hours and no answer, I have requested a call back and days have past. I am exteremly unhappy, how can momentum partner with such *******.
