MOMENTUM IS PATHETIC

Ive been a member for a whole year and to this day I haven't received the above in the attachment! (WELCOME PACK AND CARD)

Which is beyond pathetic- if I was in a car accident or had a medical emergency, they would need to smell my medical information from the air.

With this pathetic service, I am yet to wonder if I am even covered!

Will anything be done about this????

That's another question. They dont respond to emails either.
