Momentum is bad

Momentum lets you pay for medical insurance and when they want you to join they will say they give you 3 visits per year however you must call in in you will need to see the doctor in addition but when you actually calling in they refuse to give you authorisation number so that I can go see my preferred doctor which is unfair because you are sick and you know that being assisted over the phone won’t make any justice in the situation but the refuse to allow you to go to the doctor because they wanna assist over the phone that’s wrong I am paying this on a monthly basis and I think I should be allowed to go see my doctor that I prefer
