Momentum is a mess

I have emailed the documents for for my FNB claims for the distribution of excess reserves a long time ago to Momentum.I have called several times and no one can answer me properly.I was not even given confirmation of receipt thereof.I was told I shall receive my money 10 days after submission of documents.I budgeted according to this.Then I was rudely informed it could take up to ten weeks.My circumstances are such that I need the funds ASAP.I was wrongly informed from the beginning and I need urgent action to be taken.
