Momentum in breach of the POPI ACT

Momentum is in breach of the POPI ACT, My ex husband was removed from my medical aid in January 2023, recently I found out I was pregnant with my new partners baby, now Momentum keeps on sending my ex husband updates on my pregnancy, I have asked Momentum to remove his details as it should've been done in January 2023 already. Momentum confirmed that this was done, yesterday I was informed that he is still getting the updates on my pregnancy as Momentum sent ANOTHER update to him! I will be taking Momentum Health to the FSCA as they are not complying with the POPI Act and sharing my PRIVATE HEALTH Information with third parties without my consent.
