MOMENTUM I am distraught!!!

I am shocked at the service given from Momentum HEALTH, Just got onto the medical aid about a month now and my doctor requested admission due to dizzy spells and they could not admit me due to an investigation, ALL docs were sent through and still no admission granted due to ongoing investigation!!The consultant Saksha Singh handling this case treated me as though i as a ******** telling me its between my doctor and i the reason for my admission, I HAVE 2 babies who need me!!! SHE IS RUDE AND CLEARLY NOT A WOMAN OR MOTHER TO FEEL WHAT I AM! DO YOU THINK I WANT TO BE ADMITTED Knowing i have to leave my babies!!!!

THIS IS OBVIOUSLY IMPORTANT THAT THE DOCTOR WANTS ME ADMITTED! I Requested a Supervisor to call me as i donot want to deal with this lady and her rudeness and still await that!!!

MOMENTUM IS THIS HOW YOU TREAT PEOPLE WHO NEED MEDICAL ASSISTANCE????
