Momentum Healthcare - disappointed!

I have a hospital plan with Momentum and it entitles me to one pap smear a year. This is the only thing they pay for every year, being a hospital plan, I cover any over the counter medicines or GP visits myself. I skipped my yearly pap smear in 2020 due to Covid, so they didn't have to pay for that appointment/pathcare appointment last year. I went to my doctor this year (not to the gynae) so the appointment was less than half the price. They have not paid for my appointment and keep giving me the run around. They also keep saying they have paid, but my doctor and Pathcare keep sending me bills advising Momentum have not paid. I pay my monthly R1700 odd every month, and have for years, and they find every excuse not to pay for the one yearly expensive they promise to cover (which is less than my monthly premium)
