Momentum Health Worst services ever

Momentum has the worst services ever. They must have bough their award for best medical aid there is not way possible they won this award with such terribles services. I emailed them 3 times at momentum health and i still got no reply. their trainees have no clue what to say on the phone and they transfer you from this department to that department holding over an hour on the phone with NO ANSWERS.
