Momentum Health Worst Medical Aid Ever

<p>I was with Momentum for a couple of years previously. I had a gap for a few months and then re app**** in December. Only to find out my broker put my family and I on a student option and that option pays for nothing. How do they allow a family on a student Medical Aid? Anyway I app**** to be upgraded to 2 schemes higher than mine which in the end is cheaper than what I am paying on a lessor scheme. The medical aid declined and said they only review once a year. They don't care about the members and only want to take your money. Always promoting momentum medical I am truly disgusted. I explained the whole issue and how the broker dealt with my issue but Momentum just takes your money. I cancelled for the end of this month and that was the quickest reply I ever got from them cancellation confirmed. When I reaap**** I was surprised my son ran into a pole and needed stiches and they excluded that. I'll advise everyone against this scheme as they are all about money and absolutely no loyalty. I'll be searching for a new scheme and telling everyone I meet never to go into this scheme. </p>
