MOMENTUM HEALTH WHAT A DISGRACE!

<p>This people does not care at all!what a disgrace of a medical aid!</p> <p>My child seeks medical attention i laid a complaint on hello peter.So a Rodger Naidoo phoned me this morning saying that he will give me feedback by the end of the day end of the day reached no one came back to me.</p> <p> </p> <p>I phoned round about 14:00 to the pre auth department a guy said they did recieve our documentation they are still bussy.</p> <p> </p> <p>At 16:54 i called agian then a lady named Nomcebo.Said when did I send the documentation and to what email adress because she see nothing on the system.I said to her excuse me!how can you not know or see anything.She has the audasity to laugh at me so I asked her are you laughing at me she raised her voice at me saying it is someone behind her.Disgusting so my childs life is a laughing matter!</p> <p>Well gues what MOMENTUM I WILL TAKE THIS FURTHER VERRRRRRRRY FAR.YOU WILL PAY!!!!</p> <p>i know you have a contract with Zone Fitness and I will make sure you fall!</p> <p>And i will find out who you guys are conected with.You mess with my childs health!!!</p>
