Momentum Health ******** debt

My name is Vuyolwethu Otto

I was approached by a broker group called Optivest and they signed me up for a Momentum Health aid but I did not sign the contract but they keep renting from me. I called Momentum asking them to cancel whatever plan I have with them despite the fact I did not sign the contract.

Please cancel whatever plan I have with you and stop debting me or I will have no choice but to report you to the ombudsman
