Momentum Health: Terrible Service!

Terrible service from Momentum Health. Soon after I joined they refused to pay for my hospital stay at Life Fourways. In fact, they didn’t pay for anything! As if I planned to have a ****** ectopic pregnancy! Over R60 000 that my partner & I had to pay to the hospital, excluding Anaesthesiology fees, Gynae fees & Radiology fees that we also had to fork out! From then on I knew that we didn’t choose the best service provider! Now they are taking forever to process a claim that I sent through in April! All Momentum employees who have claimed to be looking into the issue , all gave me DIFFERENT RESPONSES to one request! Which is evident that it is a delaying tactic & they don’t want to pay out the claim! Unfortunately for them I will take this matter further if they don’t sort this out within one working day! I am sick & tired of them treating us like this!! Only one individual was willing to help, unfortunately I don’t recall his name.
