Momentum Health student members

I'm a member in this institution from 2015. I am a unisa student and I have been submitting proof of studies from Unisa from the day one. Yesterday however I got a call from Nosipho Mhlongo and refused my proof of registration. I wasn't happy with her reason and she kept threatening me with that if I don't do as she advises me by the 15th of March I will be put on the most highest plan. I asked her when was this decision by momentum to not accept unisa as a full time study institution she said in 2020 but I was never informed by momentum of such. Momentum informs its members about everything including increasing in membership fees how can they not inform us that we aren't going to be considered as students because of the institution we work in. I'm disappointed in the way that call was handled. I've been with momentum for years and I resolved this matter before now it has resurfaced. The
