Momentum health saver pay out

I changed my medical aid from Momentum to Discovery in June/July '17. I had the health saver/booster activated whereby money was being allocated to a savings account. After being told that I had to wait 4 months for my pay-out ( Dec '17) I have yet to be payed out. I have contacted Momentum multiple times ,and all I receive is a automated email.

Anybody have any suggestions/recommendations ?
