Momentum Health role swap extremely bad experience

When we decided that my wife will be the policy holder and I will be the spouse , we filled in the role swap form(Reason I got a new job oppoutinity and my wife is preganant -we did this for minimal impact on our health plan). My wife received a new policy number and we thought everything will be carried over the previous policy to new policy because it was a role swap. WRONG , it is 2 contracts!! Now on momentum books I owe them R1500.

I presented momentum with 3 options, they indiacted they would like option 2 (please see below)

* Option 1: Momentum take the amount from new savings in Jan 2017, then you get your money immediately (We will full informs if required)
* Option 2: I will pay back but it will be monthly for example R 500 over three months
* Option 3: I pay back full amount but it will be after the birth

We(myself and momentum) agreed on option 2 in the middle of November - employee who did all communication with me is Busisiwe Mpanza.

Today Yanga Mnguni contacted me again , to indicate that I owe Momentum Money. After I send her an email indicating the agreenment between momentum and myself. I received an sms indiacting again I ow e momentum R1500.

From now on every time you send me communication that I owe you money after we agreed how this matter will be handled, I will share my experience online !
