Momentum Health pushing up blood pressure

Member for more than 15 years After the adding of dependant, I will contribute more about R10k per month to Momentum. Adding dependant 16 Nov, still no confirmation received Email agents who are not interested to provide a service: Sidiso Peko, all new business agents, who dealt with the matter (emails indicates sender as New Business). Phone agent who shows no compassion or interest to resolve the matter: Lungile Mthembu. Agent sounds apathetic and cannot assist with confirmation letter as the start of cover is on 1/1/2021. I can therefore not give my dependant's existing medical aid notice as no confirmation letter can be provided.
