Momentum Health Poor Refund Service

Cancelled medical aid, unfortunately another stop order went off. Emailed and called them for refund start of May 2019. Promised to refund after the 15th when billing process was completed. Never received. Called again, they requested proof from my bank that payment was done. They are delaying refund and are ignoring all my requests at the moment.
