Momentum health medical aid and it's ****

I am currently admitted in hospital, though I have to pay for all the scans and other things that the medical aid is supposed to pay for. I am due for a procedure but the so called medical aid that I'm paying for has not yet responded to the hospital management and now my life is at risk because of that. This is the worst experience ever and my life is now in the hands of Momentum Health and the kind of service they provide.
