Momentum health Med Aid is not worth it

I received terrible service from Momentum, I definitely need to switch my med aid.

I was 8 months pregnant and suffering from back and abdominal pain so I got myself to hospital where I spent the rest of night under observation and medication.

Months later I get a call from the hospital attorneys because they’ve handed me over to collections. Momentum refuses to pay and acknowledge that a pregnant woman admitting herself into hospital at 2am is an emergency which is meant to be covered under the custom option.
