Momentum Health lies about payment remittances for medical service providers

Momentum Health blatently lies to medical service providers when the scheme makes payment to their members instead of to the service providers. They claim that their system cannot or does not generate payment remittances when no payment is made to providers, but numerous examples can be provided and were actually communicated to the scheme confirming that remittances were issued via email where no payments were made to providers - this applies to several provider practice numbers - Call *** refers. The fact that claims are submitted by the providers electronically does not seem to carry any weight as far as the scheme is concerned, since it does not think it important to inform providers of the status of these claim by means of remittances as all other midical schemes does. And its online provider protal is extremely user-unfriendly which makes that option useless. So providers are left to spend hours on the phone with the Momentum Health Call Centre agents unnecessarily and frustratingly when this matter is so easily rectified. Simply provide the medical service providers submitting claims to the scheme with the information they need to keep informed of the status of claims and manage and resolve these with the scheme and its members accordingly.
