Momentum health is the worst medical aid ever

<p>I am an employee within the momentum group and by default im on their medical aid. I got sick one night and it was a life threatening emergency. A friend googled momentum associated hospital and took me to Olivedale hospital. Later i was told that momentum would not pay 30% of the bill bwcause i didnt go to an associate hospital. Their website does not provide a list how would i have known? </p> <p>After i got discharged i followed up with momentum, i made calls and sent emails but 3 months later they never resolved the matter. I am now stuck with medical bills and no feedback from momentum.</p> <p> </p> <p>Everyone out there please BEWARE of such circumstances!</p> <p> </p> <p>The ever bitter part is that regardless of the thousands of rands that i am paying I am an employee within the MMI group and can not change to another medical as its compulsory to be on momentum health.</p>
