Momentum health failed my daughter and denied her right to health.

If there was an option to give half a star or none I would’ve given that. Momentum’s health service is bull****! My daughter was added on their medical aid last month 1st of May. They gave a confirmation of membership stating no exclusions and no waiting period. My daughter unfortunately got I’ll in June and the doctor saw the need of her hospitalisation, imagine I had to travel to the hospital with a 6 month old struggling to breathe only to be sent away because they refused granting authorisation! How many people must die before you all stop being selfish and inconsiderate! Rather have no medical aid at all rather than being part of this selfish inconsiderate clown house. Should my child God forbid die, I hope you will still have the courage to call your company the best! The best killers that will be!
