MOMENTUM HEALTH

I discovered that Momentum Health had loaded my monthly contribution with a late penalty joining fee. On querying this, I was informed in writing that this was done as I had not been on a medical aid for 14 years. I sent through my previous medical aid certificate which clearly showed "no late joining fee" which indicated that I had moved from 1 medical aid scheme to another. I asked Momentum to prove to me where they got the information from but alas I do not think that they have any intention of providing this proof. They want ME to prove that I was on a medical aid for the past 14 years ( when I have actually given the proof). Check everything before joining Momentum Health.
