Momentum Health Custom Chronic State Option
Be careful before you choose the Momentum Health Custom option state Chronic. Momentum does not make it clear on their brochure, but the 26 chronic conditions also include the 272 Prescribed Minimum Benefits that will be excluded.
You also struggle to make contact with them and they ignore your claims.
I am in the process to take away all my policies, investments and medical aid from Momentum.
I will also make it my mission to inform everyone to not join Momentum.
If this review only helps one person to not sign up with Momentum I will be happy.

As discussed, momentum doesn't state that they exclude all 270 PMBs diagnosis when you select the custom option and choose cronic state. Momentum includes the 270PMB as part of the cronic conditions without explicitly stating same.
