I got a very rude letter that my services are being suspended because I owe them R208.
I am not sure why I owe this amount and it is also first time I heard of it.
I have never missed a medical aid contribution in my life and I have been on medical aid for 28 years. Suspending my services for R208 without telling me is mind boggling.
I paid them R209. Well done Momentum just another example that the medical industry is only focused on money.
