I am absolutely disappointed by momentum health the consults when u enquire or need auth they do not explain all terms and conditions and i keep getting statements of specialist i have visted who require for me to make payments when im told im covered for R1100 per specialist but my medical aid only paid R427. 10 and when i ask why im told thats the amount that they pay and if specialist charges R1000 they will only cover R427. 10 even thou i know im. Covered for R1100 per specialist vist _i will definitely change my medical aid
