Momentum Health

On 16 August 2024 my daughter required surgery. As expected there has been a lot of emails from Momentum with all the claims, but I have been consistently interacting with their customer service team, with the most recent being 06/09/24, 18/09/24 and 05/11/24 (@11:53am). On the most recent date I specifically asked if there was any outstanding monies on my owing to them to which the consultant said NO. This evening, I opened a letter from Momentum which stated that my services are suspended due to an outstanding amount of R419.35. I have no idea what this is for as I have a debit order in place.

I was telling friends how impressed I was with Momentum and the overall experience after my daughters 1st surgery, I guess this will have to be revoked. I have been with Momentum for over 15years and have never received such a notification or been in any arrears.

Momentum please listen to the 7min59sec phone call that I had with customer services where consultant confirmed I did not know anything, and explain how I all of a sudden owe money which I am assuming is linked to my daughters surgery.
