Momentum Health 4me doesn't respond to emails.

Momentum Health 4me doesn't respond to emails. Even Ampath lab couldn't get hold of them and eventually emailed me an invoice for blood tests I went for in December 2022. I emailed them and after 3 days of not getting a repsonse I called in and was told they busy with the claim. I have emailed them for a second time on the 31 Jan 22 to enquire on the following "Why is the R247. 80 rejected? Could you please assist with a detailed explanation so that I can understand if its Ampath that's more expensive than other labs or is it the specific tests ordered?

All of a sudden I'm having to pay for blood tests every 6 months and just need to understand as the doctor used the Momentum form and my understanding is that tests on the momentum form is covered" Today is the 3 Feb 23 and still no repsonse.
