Momentum health 4 me refund

Earlier this month I took my baby to the paediatrician based on their doctors referral because he’s scared to treat a 4month old. Momentum authorised a specialist visit. I’m currently on momentum health 4 me and bestmed. Now they are coming up with stories when they must refund me. They are telling me bestmed must refund me. I’m asking them . Why. Because on the letter it shows bestmed details. So I’m asking the receipt and the visit Information clearly says I paid cash. The doctor can’t remove my information completely because he is the child’s doctor. Momentum Health 4 me says they want their details on the letter. It clearly says it’s a cash payment. There’s a receipt. U can see on the statement that the medical aid fee and cash fee are totally different. Been on the phone for 30min. And Zama Dabula just keeps putting me on hold. Thulani apperently is the only team leader available however as per Zama he’s been in a meeting the whole day. Bethunana I want my money. I don’t want stories.
