Momentum doesn't respond to any methods of communication

Please provide a reliable method of communication with Momentum as the App is non responsive, the emails only has automated responses, WhatsApp you wait days before you get a Hi how can I help. Hellopeter.com doesn't help either as I'm still waiting for Momentum to call me regarding previous complaint.
