Momentum doesnt care about its clients health

I am very disappointed with the service provided, 1stly on the day of admission into Hospital i received an sms stating that the doctor DO SMART admitting me is not on the list of momentum health service providers, how was i supposed to know this?I was in pain and now had to stress about this. Now the doctor has sent me his bill for payment as you have not covered the full bill? The CTI scan done was also not paid and all the service providers are hounding me for payment. Guys i was in hospital so the least. you could do is take care of all the bills, thats what normal ethical medical aid companies do. All you interested in is collecting your premium and *****ing the clients by making them run around to sort payment, If you not admitted in hospital you pay out of savings, if you in hospital for 4 days then you have to worry about what you paying for and what you rejecting, so theres no peice of mind with MOMENTUM.
