Momentum does not do payouts

Good morning Iam a momentum health for me member.last year iv been complaining about the claim that did not paid out they keep making stories im thinking of considering another social media platforms.according to them they said if im hospitalised and giving birth im going to get R20000 regardless of how many days instead im getting stories.iwont rest until iget this money as they promised iv been the member for more than 3years to get such treatment.
