Momentum does not cover emergency care

I was in an accident on the N2 and rushed by ambulance to the nearest hospital. Momentum refuses to cover the hospital and scan costs as they say that they weren't advised that this was an emergency. I am so angry!! The hospital records clearly indicate "casualty". What was emergency services left to do? I think I am going to change to Discovery.
