Momentum dishonest practices

Momentum health will try every reason not to pay a claim. I have been a member of their medical scheme for many many years. I have been on chronic meds for many years as well. They know this yet they will make claiming a admin nightmare until the memeber gives up and doesnt bother claiming. This time round they didnt accept my claim as they said the doctors chronic motivation letter expired. I got the doctor to create another motivation letter. Then obviously they went quiet for a few weeks as it was december and then return to say they need the script. I have been using the same doctor and pharmacy for years. This is just unnecessary time wasting and dishonest!
