<p>Momentum decided for my baby that he doesnt need an hearing test in hospital! A year after he has been born we are still fighting about an in hospital bill for the audiologist for R345.90. I have today decided to pay it myself altough it was done in hospital and all in hospital things were covered or supposed to be covered with the birth of my baby. As your guy Jayan says, and I quote; "Audiologists aren’t routinely covered at birth of baby. If there was a clinical need for the audiologist, we would need motivation for this." this was on 22 May 2017. Up until this date, not once was I asked for motivation! And how can they as a medical aid decide that it is not needed?? The doctor had reason. Momentum in not doctors, how can they rule out deafness in babies at birth?? Turns out, that test was needed!!! As my child had his first set of grommets before the age of 1. So glad I left momentum. I have heaps of emails as proof of EVERYTHING i had to endure. ! Worst experience of my life. A terrible scheme, I had to fight for litterally everything and yet my payments want ALWAYS on time.</p>
