Momentum 'clinical committee' rejects claim, no real reason given

Having the worst time with a claim. I had to have a minor carcinoma on my face surgically removed recently. Because the offending sore was right in the middle of my forehead, a plastic surgeon had to do the delicate procedure, in hospital. I got full approval for the op yet my claim (approx R14k) has been rejected. Reason given, none. Just the words that .....'the procedure/treatment was reviewed and denied by the clinical committee.' (Codes 307 and 28.) I am waiting for a detailed explanation. I have also been told telephonically that I have to 'join the momentum cancer program', whatever that is. I truly regret using this scheme.
