Momentum bad service

Momentum is very doesn’t not want to pay out benefits , they would do anything not pay or find any lame excuse. I was provided Major medical benefits 2020 April but now they say I did not have benefits (how do I lie about something that is written in black and white by them?).Their service is so bad, they promised to come back with feedback from the underwriters and they never did.I know am not the only one having a problem with this company.
