Momentum are nothing but a bunch of *******

I Wish there was an option to give less than one star for Momentum. They are nothing but a bunch of *******. People please be careful before joining this medical aid. They are very quick to take your money every month and will make all sorts of attempts to contact you if you miss a payment. I was retrenched last year and have been wanting my savings refunded. On my first query i was advised that the savings can only be refunded after 4 months. I waited patiently and nothing was refunded. I followed up only to be told that the saving can only be refunded after 4 and half months. No explanation was given for them suddenly changing the process to suit them. I then asked for an exact date as to when the refund will be done. They didn't even have the courtesy to respond. I was patient and waited. The 4.5 months have also passed and still no refund of my savings which they were very quick to collect on a monthly basis. Have requested feedback and was i surprised that once again no one has the decency or courtesy to respond. I guess like a previous post that they need to face the Ombudsman.

Have the decency to respond Momentum Stop treating people the way you do.
