Momentum are cheats and *****

<p>In May 2017 I requested a quotation for medical aid under the student cover as I am a full time student. I submitted my forms on the 17/06/2017, and when I called I was told that the form I got from their website could not be used as it had 2016 on them, I submitted my forms another two times and I didn't get a response until I call and send and email, of which my cover was put into effect on 01/07/2017, I called to ask them twice to ensure that they would debit it on time, but yet again to no avail and I'm being told that there is no record of my calls or emails, so convenient. When I call to ask why I've been debited twice I was told that an email which I didn't receive was sent on 15/07/2017 stating that my debit would be doubled and even though I didn't receive the communication they are insisting that I did, so I'm the **** and they are right cause they are a juristic person. They are still a service provider or rather the lack thereof. They took my transport money unapologetically I'm a student </p>
